Frequency depends on local needs and partner requests. Some locations host recurring weekly or monthly pop-ups, while others schedule them for special initiatives, campus events, health fairs, or employer programs. WorkWell builds schedules around wheresupport is needed most.

Most onsite support is free to the public, thanks to partnerships with agencies, organizations, and community sponsors. If a specific service requires paperwork, verification, or a partner referral, staff explain everything clearly so nothing feels confusing or unexpected.

WorkWell is designed for mobility. Services can be deployed across multiple parishes, or scaled statewide, depending on the program. Whether it’s a single employer site or a regional initiative, the model expands to match the size of the community you want to reach.
